As you may have read more than once on my little blog, I’m still adjusting to the shock of having actual seasons. I grew up in southern California in a city that’s basically the opposite of Narnia – you know, always summer and never winter. While I’m not a fan of the cold winter months*, I am coming around to the idea of fall. It’s pretty incredible watching the city turn dark gold and deepen into bronzed red tones, especially when the whole thing is so novel and exciting.

*(Brace yourselves, winter is coming….which means a bit of weather whining will be sure to show up here shortly!)

This weekend, I was strolling around the Parc de la Ciutadella (working on my upcoming project, which I’ll have more about on Friday) and was pleasantly surprised by how pretty the park is in the fall. Here’s a look at how lovely Barcelona’s fall season is.

Thanks for joining me on my mini-trip through the Parc de la Ciutadella, and don’t forget to check back this week on Friday for the details on what my project is all about!

Besos!
